Drawing inspiration from Vietnam's traditional tiled roofs, Ủ's minimalist facade centers on the roof—a symbol of protection that warmly welcomes guests at first glance.
At Ủ, our bar reinterprets the traditional Vietnamese veranda—a beloved space where family and friends gather. We've captured that warm spirit in a modern design featuring a low, curved structure, soft lighting and a ceiling that draws the eye to the bar. This centerpiece elegantly blends tradition with modernity, creating a space that's both fresh and timeless.
In traditional Vietnamese four-panel art, four iconic plants—pine, daisy, cane and apricot blossom—represent the seasons, each symbolizing a specific quality:

- Apricot blossom (spring) - wealth and prosperity  
- Cane (summer) - integrity and loyalty  
- Daisy (autumn) - longevity and joy  
- Pine (winter) - resilience and strength
